Accreditation Criteria
Application proforma for accreditation
The pro forma and the Excel table must be completed when applying for preliminary approval, provisional accreditation, full accreditation and reaccreditation.

Fee Schedule
At its most recent meeting on 24 September 2007 the Accreditation Committee reviewed its fee structure as a result of increased demand and cost. On 26 November 2007 the Australian Pharmacy Council approved the following fees to be applicable from 1 January 2008.

An annual sustaining fee of $1500 for each school/program |
• |
An annual capitation fee of $10 per EFTSU (EFTS in NZ) |
