We're looking for 3 Directors to sit on our Board.
Our Board has 3 Directors completing their current terms in May 2021. Our Board is a skills-based Board. We have 2 vacancies for non-pharmacist community members and 1 for a pharmacy academic.
The Board usually meets 4 times a year in Canberra or by Zoom. We provide Directors with modest remuneration, economy air travel, accommodation (where necessary) and out of pocket expenses for meeting attendance. Directors are expected to also take on Committees and Working groups as needed.

All applicants must abide by the expectations of a Company Director, as defined by the Corporations Act 2001, and be residents of Australia. Short-listed applicants may be invited for an interview with the Board Selection Committee as part of the process before recommendation to the Board.
Applicants who have membership of the Australian Institute of Company Directors may be prioritised. We also strongly encourage persons who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
