Decision to postpone APC/ANMAC Colloquium 2020

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to POSTPONE the Colloquium until early 2021 due to the escalation of COVID-19 nationally and internationally.

We believe it would socially irresponsible for us to proceed with the Colloquium in May for the following reasons:

• we are socially responsible health education organisations, and we should do all we can to assist containment of the virus
• we should not encourage people to congregate
• we should not impede clinical staff from being available for front-line duties, including clinical work, staffing hotlines and on-call duty (and they may be seconded to additional clinical roles)
• universities are under stress with student and staff absences and are experiencing educational and financial impact

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and assure registrants that we will refund all registration fees.
