Updated Skills Assessment letter

This process applies if you already have a Skills Assessment letter from us, but since we issued it, you've either:

  • gained more work experience as a generally registered pharmacist
  • completed a PhD qualification from an accredited institution, OR
  • changed your registration status from provisional to general

You will need to provide details of your changed circumstances which might include:

  • a new higher level pharmacy qualification
  • updated registration status
  • additional work experience as a pharmacist
