It's our core business to accredit pharmacy programs which lead to registration in Australia on behalf of the Pharmacy Board of Australia (PharmBA). Programs that we accredit include pharmacy degree and intern training programs (ITPs).

We also accredit:

  • international pharmacy degree programs
  • pharmacist education programs
  • organisations that accredit continuing professional development (CPD) activities for pharmacists.

We develop and maintain the accreditation standards for pharmacy programs, pharmacist education programs, CPD activities and vaccination training. Accredited organisations follow our standards to assess the educational quality and relevance of CPD activities for pharmacists.
