Associate Professor McMillan was the 2019 NSW Aboriginal Woman of the Year, and is a founding member of Indigenous Allied Health Australia (IAHA). She is currently an APC Board Director and a member of our Improving Indigenous Health Strategy Expert Advisory Group.
