This document discusses our survey findings of Health Professions Accreditation Collaborative (HPAC) Forum members on IPE practice.

The goal of the survey was to gather information on the implementation of IPE accreditation practices among HPAC Forum members.

Specifically, the survey aimed to:

• collect baseline data on how Forum members are assessing IPE
• identify opportunities for supporting Forum members with regard to IPE implementation in accredited programs.
